Frequent confession is encouraged because it greatly helps us to overcome temptation and keeps us in the state of grace. Beginning with the age of reason, generally age seven, we are required to confess our sins at least once a year.
Confession at MPBP is available 30 minutes before all Masses, by appointment, and from 3 – 5 pm on Saturdays at Holy Family Cathedral.
